The concept of communication always involves the items and the services that are offered in the organization. It always involves getting feedback from the customers and the other members outside the organization.

The persons that are involved in the communication are the customers, consumers, the authorities. Interviews, questioners, posters, letters, faxes, emails, pamphlets, websites, flyers, and telephone are the modes that are used for communication.
