  5. If the overall quality of the work is incorrect/incomplete.

Partial Refund Qualification Scenarios:

  1. In rarest of cases, when you receive above 60% but below 70% accuracy, we would process 40% refunds.
  2. Multiple choice questions are not subjected to any refunds.
  3. If you made payment twice or it is in excess of the original amount.
  4. If the overall quality of the work is incorrect/incomplete.
  5. If a student requests to not complete an assignment midway, then the refund amount will be a maximum of 30%. This amount is subjected to the condition that resources utilized have not costed us more than 70% of the total assignment price. We want to be as fair as possible and for such queries, you can email us to check if more refund is possible. This high deduction in prices is due to the fact that generally some work is already completed by the tutor or we have held the tutor for your assignment and his time costs money nevertheless.

REFUND PROCESS

If your order qualifies for any of the above scenarios, you should contact us with details of the refund within 3 days from the date of supply of the solution. Please note that after 3 days period is over, we pay our tutors so you might not be eligible for refund. However most of the times we will still honor refund requests when they are placed after 3 days period but we are not compelled to honor such requests. We only do so out of good faith. It’s best to ask for refunds within 3 days as such.
