HSaron, peter, and evan were a partners of a firm called sharpe & CO. Three months ago, ezzy sdn bhd, a former customer of Sharpe & Co, commenced an action in court againstthe firm in negligence. Ezzy sdn bhd alleges that it suffered losses due to sharon's negligence in the course of the partnership business.  Last week, peter retired from the partnership due to health reasons. Leena is keen to become a partner of sharpe & co and Sharon has agreed to take in Leena as a partner. Leena joined the partnership 2 days ago.  Peter and Leena wish to know if they both can be made liable for the losses suffered by Ezzy Sdn Bhd.
