With the advent of social media, people have a tendency to call out others who share ideals that are contrary to what is right or what the majority desires. They demand accountability for the other party's actions and refuse to support him or her. They boycott or cancel services or individuals who support objectionable and offensive ideals through collective action. Cancel culture, on the other hand, is not limited to canceling or criticizing celebrities or other well-known individuals. It also includes the abolition of beliefs and points of view such as misogyny, racism, sexism, corruption, discrimination, and the like.

2. Mental Health Awareness - It was only recently that society began to recognize the concept of mental health. Previously, society attempted to label such behavior as exaggeration or someone simply acting out. However, as a result of the uncertainties and worries caused by the COVID and other natural disasters, where people were unable to physically be with their loved ones, people suffered from anxiety and other mental conditions. According to reports, a large number of millennials and Gen Z suffer from mental health issues for a variety of reasons. The increasing number of these cases has made society aware that mental health is real and that they have the responsibility and obligation not to judge or diminish what anyone is going through.

3. Remote employees and students - We become accustomed to the virtual way of working and learning after two years of pandemic. Although we were perplexed at first, we eventually adapted to these changes, and most of us do not want to return to physical work or classroom settings. We've discovered that we can be productive and get things done from the comfort of our own homes in recent years. Virtual methods of doing things reduce our vulnerability to the uncertainties of the physical environment.
