The purpose of this assignment is for you to write a RESEARCH article that examines the problem: " Are Third-Party Frameworks Viable Alternatives to Using Native Tools for Mobile App Development". In your writing, you may NOT change this problem statement, but do develop at least 3 sub-questions ( research questions) that taken together specifically address this problem. A research question is one that can be tested quantitatively, qualitatively or based on some well-accepted basis (a method). For this assignment, therefore, you demonstrate your ability to follow research protocol by incorporating research components in your writing: Your paper must have the following components: Abstract, Introduction, Method (Exploratory - Limited Literature Review), Results, and Conclusion/Future Work (see details for each of these components in a article: " Guidellines for Evaluation a Research article" under this week's Learning Materials section),
Your assignment:First read (again) the article: Taxonomy of Cross-Platform Mobile Applications Development - notice how the author breaks the research problem into 6 measurable questions (Code is Resuable, Plugins, Easy for Web Developers, etc.).
Use any 3 of the 6 of these as your research question(s) - Note: customize the words to fit YOUR research problem. Your Method - your Design here is: Exploratory - using a limited literature review. This means that you are relying on what you find in literature as your test. This design/method is limited because of the scope of this class and your research. Be sure to make this and circumstances clear both in your Introduction, Method, and Conclusion sections.
Your research question(s) must be appropriately tested in the literature that you cite. Therefore, you must cite at least 4 scholarly sources that support (or refute) EACH research question. Your Method section - that is, your limited literature review, might look similar to the "Previous Works" section in the article: Mobile_Apps_Development_A_Framework_for_Technology_Decision_Making_PROCEEDINGS, however, connected to YOUR study - your research problem).
