- The Comptroller General provides opinion to members and Committee of Congress in decision to certain agency officials regarding the issues involving accountability fund including ruling on potential violations of Anti Deficiency Act. which include appropriate law, opinions, and decisions
- There is a book of GAO (Principles of Federal Appropriations Law) with information on appropriate law.
