Amazon has around 1.3 million people working in this company. This company provide an online platform to the sellers to sell their goods. I selected this company because as its one of the largest company in the world and it has so many employees. And people working in amazon are very happy with their jobs, I find it interesting to find more about this company especially about the ethics of the company. The company always has focus on the welfare of the employees and the customers. Amazon follow code of conducts and have ethics in the company like, Discrimination and Harassment, Health and Safety, Reporting Violations, etc. Amazon gives equivalent freedom in all parts of work and won't endure any illicit segregation or badgering of any sort.
