- Ability tests: Most business organizations require many skills to be employed by the candidate in order to work effectively in the organization. These tests are taken by the business to make sure that the candidate possesses required skills. These tests include, typing test, writing test, math test and others.
- Personality test: personality of a person is another important aspect that has to be tested by the business organization because the personality of the person decides the way he handles the problem arising in the organization. In this test, candidate is given a situation and is asked to tell how he will manage the given situation.
- Personal interview: Personal interview is most important because there is direct contact between the, management and the candidate. In interview, management can judge the candidate properly and then take decisions of selection.
