Would it be a good idea if employers are able to ban visible body art in the workplace? Why? Explain.

It might not be a good idea if employers decided to ban visible body art among the employees. First of all, all Americans are all protected under the first amendment of the United States Constitution in this regard. The amendment asserts that nobody shall pass laws or policies that seek to regulate the freedom of expression. Secondly, body art does not affect an employee's ability to realize their objectives effectively. It is not ethical for employers to discriminate against those who have chosen to express their opinions.
