• Industrial Revolution:-The industrial revolution had developed in England in the 1700s and then the revolution spread from England to other European countries and to the United States.Because of the industrial revolution, the machine power has rapidly reserved for human power and is more economical in order to manufacture the good in the factories.With the enlargement of the large organizations, formal theories are needed for the managers in order to run it more effectively and efficiently.
• Global Competition:-Global competitions are the products or services which are allotted by competing firms which caters to the needs of international customers.It allows the companies to purchase and sell the products and services globally, and hence, it increases the profit and compresses the arena of the business.
• Total Quality Management:-Total quality management is applicable to the organization in order to analyze the reality of the firm.It is the technique to establish and deliver high quality of goods and services which cover the demands and needs of the customers and attaining their satisfaction.It has two organizational performances, which means, either it affects the organization, or it hampers the organizations to achieve their goals, which affects the performance level negatively.
