Write an essay briefly discussing how you would go about successfully sustaining your program for three or more years in this community.

Summarize how the following resources will be sustained. In addition, discuss some of the limitation factors that might be present:

· public health program

· location

· funding sources

· personnel/volunteers

· equipment and maintenance

· data gathering and process evaluations

· limitation factors

Your essay should be a minimum of two pages and supported by at least three sources. One of these sources must be a source outside of your textbook. All sources, including the textbook, must be cited and referenced according to APA Style. APA paper formatting (title page and running head) is not a requirement for this assignment.
