In section 1.3, (KMsrv,bmt) data gathered from a multicenter trial of patients in three groups (ALL, AML low risk, and AML high risk) was followed after transplantation until relapse, death or end of study. Using the data with the time to death or on study time as the survival time variable and death indicator 1-Dead 0-Alive as the censoring variable to answer the following questions.
(a) Fit the Cox proportional hazards model containing three groups (ALL, AML
low risk, AML high risk), Patient Age, Donor Age, Patient Sex, Patient CMV
Status, and Donor CMV Status.
(b) Assess the significance of the model using the partial likelihood ratio test.
