What would you do to reduce turnover and train top talent?

Having succeeded in selecting the people with the best talents, my organization would do the following to reduce staff turnover. One is to offer competitive salaries and wages to the hired personnel. By providing a pay package that is the best among other competing organizations, the employees will not have financial reasons to look for employment elsewhere. Staff motivation by appreciating their performance by word of mouth is another way to reduce employee turnover. Every person enjoys praise and hearing congratulatory words. Praising employees will make them proud of working with our organization and make them feel like one unbreakable family. Offering flexible work schedules is another approach we would take to reduce staff turnover. To achieve flexibility, my organization will arrange for working shifts to enable employees to attend to important personal issues. My organization would also provide opportunities for career growth by organizing training seminars. Allowing the employees to develop their skills accompanied with the very competitive pay packages will ensure high retention of the best talents.
