Within MGMT Lawn and Garden Services, we are aiming to surpass the ventures and technology used by Caribbean Landscape in the Bahamas. We need to computerize specific areas within the production department and extended organization. To achieve this target, I am suggesting two implementations that are aligned with our strategic plan. According to research from O'brien et al (2011), these are:

1. Implementation of software to capture the organization's long-term strategic plans by covering:
a. Warehousing - Provide current stock count on consumables enhancing efficiency.
b. Inventory Management- Provide automated reordering on consumables and critical spares according to usage enhancing efficiency
c. Scheduling- Can track the times, location, and quality of jobs using work orders which boosts the effectiveness.
d. Maintenance Management System- Track the timeframe to repair and fix equipment that may be damaged raising our effectiveness.
e. Purchasing and Financial Management- Process purchase orders and invoicing making us competitive.
f. Provide reports that can be analyzed to improve production costs making the organization more competitive.

2. Secondly, customers should be able to book appointments using an online application. The IS strategic plan will cover the main issues of efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness:
a. Providing MGMT Lawn and garden Services with all prior information on current customers that will help with scheduling and cost, hence enhancing efficiency.
b. Ensures that MGMT Lawn and Garden Services can plan jobs properly for new customers making us more competitive.
c. Maximize the use of assets and personnel ensuring effectiveness.

Three reasonable factors according to Perera (2020), that may affect business processes are:

1. Political- The decisions of government officials can affect business processes. The implementation of additional taxes on fuel and lawn equipment will negatively affect the business. Also, any mandatory changes to import duties will affect the movement of material needed at MGMT Lawn and Garden Services.

2. Economic- With the rise of inflation and the reduction of jobs within the economy, MGMT Lawn and Garden Services can lose regular customers that have opted to perform these duties on their own as the purchasing power is lower.

3. Legal- Any new legislation that correlates to our organization will affect business processes. An example of this would be a law that would make gas-driven grass cutters illegal.

Three reasonable factors according to Perera (2020), that may affect customer experiences are:

1. Technological- Any form of automation, or innovation will affect customer experiences. Simple tools like online scheduling, online billing, laser straight lawn edges, etc will positively affect customer experience.

2. Environmental - In our business of lawn maintenance, respecting the surrounding environment will positively affect customer experience. Simple techniques of waste disposal, environmentally friendly consumables, noise management, etc. will promote customer satisfaction.

3. Social - Any new trends or changes to the social environment will affect customer experience. An example of this will be increased activity at MGMT Lawn and Garden services during holidays/ end of the year due to customers wanting to boost the appearance of homes or a new lawn design that sets a social trend.
