Based on a local school board meeting (see below), write a 3-5 page paper, which addresses the following:
1. Provide a brief description of the setting for the meeting. What time was the meeting held? Where was the meeting held? Provide a brief description of the room and the layout (if the meeting is held virtually, please note that and give a description of the forum).
2. Why was the meeting taking place? Was this a regularly scheduled meeting or a special meeting? What notable items were on the agenda?
3. Who was in attendance at this meeting? Be sure to note leaders and participants.

community relations, analyze the meeting as to its effectiveness in:
