D.  Business travelers, displaced families or those in need of an "at home" feeling.   The rooms should be spacious, have at least a kitchenette, business services, laundry services, limited housekeeping, and a continental breakfast.

E.  Leisure or commercial travelers are looking for budget-friendly rooms with services that may include a laundry facility, vending machines, basic cable tv and are close to eating establishments.

F.  A couple about to get married are looking for a hotel room for their honeymoon.  They want only the best and this to be a memorable experience.  The room must have plush bath towels, upgraded amenities, and multiple food and beverage facilities, including fine dining or signature restaurants. Also having turndown service, valet service, 24-hour room service, concierge service, a swimming pool, and spa. Expense is not an issue for this couple.

G.  A hip couple and their friends are planning their yearly trip to Miami and will only book rooms in a trendy and cutting-edge hotel that offers a high level of service, has a full-service restaurant and is a relatively smaller property.
