The stocks of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) struggle to attain liquidity on stock exchanges

around the world. However, some countries have better outcomes than others. This project will do a

cross-country analysis of the market experience of SMEs to identify the countries with better outcomes,

and then examine the drivers of those better outcomes, with recommendations for best practices to

promote liquidity for SMEs.
