If you don't have any idea as to what career you would like to pursue, you will need to pick a career to use for this assignment. Even though you think you may have a good idea of what this career entails, little more research on all tasks associated with this particular job.

2) Using terminology from the textbook, or other academic research, describe the personality traits necessary for the career you have described. Be sure that you don't just list them, but describe them by explaining what they mean, and using applied examples when possible.

3) Critically analyze your own personality traits to evaluate your 'fit' with your career plan. What are some of your concerns about potential mismatches between your traits and those required? What do you feel will be your strengths in regard to your chosen career? Do you feel that personality traits can be 'changed' in order to be able better 'fit'? Have you ever worked at any job, where you could just tell it was not a good fit for your personality traits?
