In this part of the term project each group is given a package of proposals to evaluate. These proposals were submitted by vendors who had received your RFP from part 1. Your tasks in this part of the project is to evaluate these proposals based on the evaluation criteria that you would have done in Part 1 of the project and which you had included in your RFP which were sent to these vendors. Having now received these proposals your group will will then make a presentation on how you went about making your evaluation, the pros and cons of each of the proposals that you reviewed, who had the best proposal, and a sample of the contract that will be signed between you and the chosen group. The submissions in each package relate respectively to: Project A To procure the services of a building company that specializes in basement installations. The company must design and install a finished basement in a four-bedroom detached house located at 1 Dinky Donk Road, Ajax, Ontario. Project B To procure full catering services (music, food, drinks, decorations, Hall, servers, etc.) for an Indian wedding ceremony.
