1. Their reason for choosing the major

2. How have your studies at Del-Tech and the internship experience prepared you for your career? Were there any unexpected challenges?

3. How did the experience fit with what you expected the work to be like? Were there things you recognized because you had learned about them in class? Were you able to make a positive impact with your work? Did your experience reinforce your choice to become a paralegal or legal assistant? Did it inspire you to set higher goals?

4. How their views of the major may have changed (or not) over their time in the program - Were there any changes in where you thought you wanted to work or what you thought you wanted to do? If so, what changed and why?

6. Whether they plan to stay in this legal field or move to another field, along with the reason(s) they have chosen their particular path.
