2. What would you say in response if you were Marta?

2. Think about the conversation that Lily and Robin are about to have. Consider the strategies, decisions, and job offer content discussed in the Making a Job Offer lecture video. 

1. How could Lily convince Robin to join Serena and Lily instead of remaining an independent consultant or taking the corporate job?
2. Lily can't compete with the corporate job on salary or responsibility because they are a much bigger company. What could Lily offer that would appeal to Robin?
