c. Estimate a fixed-effects model using all three years of data. Report your findings and interpret your results.

d. Estimate a random-effects model using all three years of data. Report your findings and interpret your results. Be sure to compare these results to the fixed-effects regression results.

e. Use a Hausman test to determine whether the fixed-effects or random-effects method is more appropriate in this case.
