I need to create a HDL program which implements a full adder in HDL. Assignment has test scripts that was supplied to test the .hdl file. I uploaded two .hdl files as well, from these HDLs we need to finish the PARTS section in each. The half adder is required for the full adder, so it makes sense that I complete it along the way. Assignment also asks for at least 300 words explaining the logical processs we followed to create the HDL implementation.
