• The body/physical: behavior and demeanor must show that you have by now to some degree entered their world.
• The heart/ emotional/ motivational: adjusting to different cultures by overcoming difficulties and deterrents. This is achievable if you believe in your worth.

Cultural Intelligence-the capabilities to deal with cultural diversity helps diverse teams conquer difficult intergroup relations that impend open communication and information-sharing. To have a successful, it will require that team members agree on objectives, roles, and rules for conduct and communication. Cultural Intelligence can also allow for the varied cultural backgrounds of team members and promote open contribution of diverse information.

Cultural Intelligence can improve team cohesion, assimilation, trust, and the configuration of mutual team values. In turn, better trust and cohesion between team members increases with the exchange of ideas and information. Also, enhanced communication improves creative collaboration and improves team performance.
