I have ordered for xxxxx from your company online having the orderId (xxx xxxxx xxxx). It was expected to be delivered within a week but we had waited for a month for it. Inspite the delay the product is also defected with scratchings on its outer surface and with some malfunctioning. I hope you consider this issue and I request you to refund my payment through online or deliver me a new product again.
