The film starts with a quotation from a banker: “Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes it laws.” In light of what you learned watching this film, is this comment worth taking seriously? Why or why not?

Yes, because it is scary to think that these bankers feel like they are oblivious to laws and people. It seems like all bankers care only for themselves, their wealth, and no other people. As a commoner, I think this is alarming because it tells me that there are people in the world today who are trying to make money out of me and my loved ones just for existing, trying to live and have a good life. It is so unfair that bankers get away with so much like making money as debt because I could be doing the same and making my own money, but I cannot because somebody else is already doing it.
