I need you to help me do design water gas shift reactor based on the attached files (first to third). As for the unisim simulation (methanol production), the whole process design is as simulated in the unisim design, but my focus is only on the reactor (R-301)'s design. As for the sample report, this is a general outline of what the design report could look like, however, the sample report design is for a methanol synthesis reactor and not a water gas shift reactor! So the deliverables are 1) 25 page report (excluding appendix, which means appendix can be unlimited pages technically, based off requirements 1 to 3). 2) A unisim software simulation - This is an additional design method component that requires using a computer tool to prove that the calculations made are correct and viable for the reactor, typically the students in my school will use unisim design for this.
