Referring to the contract for Commercial Development at Erehwon, the Contractor is delayed in completing the works for a number of reasons, including:
-Exceedingly bad weather: Delayed by 6 days in weeks 3 and 4
-Late issue of steelwork information by engineer: Delayed 10 days in weeks 4 and 5
-Late delivery of steel frame: Delayed by 3 days in week 12
