Yes at my organization they affiliate value its people. The company is running smoothly because of the people who value it. No organization can survive without people. They always encourage them ,motivate them ,and provide rewards and recognition of the work they are doing which shows that they affiliate value their people.

There are benefits or positive impacts when people in an organization are valued since when one is valued they will appreciate your decision and tries their best to work hard and give their 100% which in turn raises the organization hence bringing satisfaction to the employee.

For example when an organizations tasks some of its employees and all of them finish the work effectively then it rewards them in front of all the employees hence this will encourage other workers to work hard.
