1)Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for any one of the following:
a. Access Control for a Commercial Office Complex
i. Highlight what might be the control measures you put forth for different types of occupants & materials coming into such an establishment especially considering that they will be from various organisations
b. Area-Wise Disinfection Guidelines
i. Identify different types of disinfection methods/materials for sanitization of different areas and surfaces
ii. You may divide the document area-wise or surface-wise. Keep in mind the convenience to the end user of the SOP
2)Check sheet on any one of the following:
a. Access Control Review Check Sheet
i. The check sheet must be in sync with the SOP. Create the check sheet from the perspective of an HOD/Auditor who must conduct periodic checks with respect to adherence and compliance with the SOP
b. Area-Wise Disinfection Check Sheet
i. The check sheet must be in sync with the SOP. Create the check sheet from the perspective of an HOD/Auditor who must conduct periodic checks with respect to adherence and compliance with the SOP
