It is all about research that helps nurses identify trends, changes and improvements, essential in providing quality care. Through nursing research, nurses can find new skills and knowledge to advance in nursing practice. Nursing research also enables nurses to identify new trends in disease occurrence and new measures of management. Through scientific inquiry, nurses can create health care policies that are favourable towards health promotion and well-being. In addition, patient care is very complex; hence nurses use research to identify different types of evidence-based practices to identify and meet different needs of patients. Further, research in nursing acts as a strengthening foundation of major clinical care and practice. On the other hand, nursing research may pose certain complication of biases and lack of enough information, contributing to complications clinical errors.

2.Nursing education

In the nursing profession, nurses have different levels of practice determined by the level of education. Advanced nursing practice is recognized as one of the best levels of practice in the nursing profession. Nursing is all about learning and gaining knowledge and new skills necessary for patient care. However, learning does not stop since it helps in building more experience and skills. Through nursing education, nurses acquire skills in their duties, care and combine different disciplines that may also improve patient care. Above all, nursing education lays a strong foundation for nursing practice as nurses are empowered with the necessary tools and skills to provide care.

 

3.Nursing Practice

Patient care revolves around clinical intervention and needs patient involvement and consider cultural, social, and economic measures. Briefly, nursing practice is a way of caring for patients through diagnosis and carry the necessary intervention based on human health and disease experience. Nurses apply the nursing practice to identify specific needs of the patient to give the necessary care that satisfies the expected values and needs. In addition, nursing practice through evidence-based provides an opportunity for nurses to involve patients in their care and initiating individualized care by being non-judgmental. Nursing care keep a good pace through defining nursing practices with the available and technological evolution, which improves the level of patient care,

B. In what ways is this study relevant to a professional nurse and a student nurse?

Effective communication system makes each level of health care. Through communication, health care teams can collaborate, understand and offer quality care. Significantly in critical situations such as surgery rooms, communication is essential as bias information may greatly affect it. Through this study, nurses and nurse students can earn triggers of tension such as personality, stress, depression aspect which might paralyze communication during surgery. On the other hand, students and nurses can also learn about the effects of tension on teamwork.  It has been discussed that tension can lead to emotional weakness leading to poor teamwork, leading to the surgical process. Generally, according to the study, tension depends on an individual personality, and it may paralyze teamwork during the surgical process. Therefore, students and nurses should learn effective ways of communication and how t control their emotions when they are in the line of duty to omit errors that may lead to poor patient care.
