Should all employees that have job duties that can be logically completed form anywhere, be allowed to work remotely?

Can I have a theory for this question, I am "pro" employees should be allowed to work remotely?

One theory that can be used for this question is the Affective events theory which explains how emotions are central to employees' job satisfaction and job performance.The reason for the choice in theory is because when employees are allowed to work from home,they feel like the company values them and trusts their judgement.The employees have a degree of autonomy which makes them feel satisfied with their job because they are not being constantly micro-managed.When this happens,it boosts their motivation to work and even when working from home,the employees will exert themselves in ensuring the goals of the business are met.
