Everytime I unlock a document it doesnt show anything

Everytime I unlock a document it doesnt show anything. I can see the document before I unlock the rest of it but once I click unlock i get an error message saying server error. Ive tried this ultiple times on multiple documents and get the same result.
This is what it shows:
