Evaluation of individual employees is easier than evaluating team efforts;in evaluating teams there must be certain characteristics such as definite tasks and set targets.

Leaders rewarding teams are tempted to look at teams as individual employees forming a team instead of jut seeing them as a team and rewarding them as one unit.
