It is about electric car battery problem

 

Role of Engineers:

A multidisciplinary engineering approach is needed for a robust team. It involves electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineer.

 

Electrical engineer ensures the circuit connect from the battery to different component is safe and prevent the car from catching on fire. Optimizing battery is also one of the responsibilities. Chemical engineer make the battery more environmentally friendly from the beginning of production till the disposal. The mechanical engineer should force on the design of the car itself: reducing the air resistance, lowing the weight to reduce the force required to counter the resistance.
