As a CEO I will make sure that the business at the core of its operation needs to ensure that it conducts its practices in a socially responsible and ethical manner. In the 21st century, there is an existence of many pressure groups in society that operate in areas like environmental activism, consumer protectionism etc.
Companies that have sustainable marketing also means that they are adopting the latest technologies and process and hence that influences my decision.
All the managers will be requested to tell their subordinates about CSR practices adopted by our organization.
