Rather than using one of the specific techniques that we talked about in class, I want you to use the more basic "SME Interview" for job analysis. This means that you need to generate a solid list of questions to ask in the interview. You should include the questions asked (and answers) as an appendix to your assignment. After interviewing the individual, a report that summarizes what you did and the results of the job analysis. Be sure to include a detailed discussion of the job analysis itself (i.e., what questions you asked.). Also, please carefully write up and provide the Job Description and Job Specifications that you developed based on the SME Interview. I want to see 4 things: 1) a description of what you did, 2) a list of the questions you asked (and his/her answers), 3) your written job description, and 4) your written set of job specifications. Please type up your report and make sure it includes all 4 of these pieces
