Immediate Purpose and Long-Range Goal
My best friend's name is Francesca, she has one child. She picks up her daughter at school and her daughter has an appointment doctor. She and her daughter are in the car for 45 minutes. She likes to be independent and doesn't want an interpreter for her. She and her daughter arrive at the doctor's place. She and her daughter hold hands together and walk to access her office then she gets a phone note "My daughter's name is Sara, an appointment doctor" told her. Her office said thank you, let you know called on your name. She and her daughter sit in a chair waiting for us. The doctor called on us and then walked into the room. She was standing near her daughter then the doctor spoke for us. She shows with her phone note "I'm deaf". Doctor says oh sorry that you are deaf. She told the doctor that " Not need sorry pity deaf that way". Doctor talks to Sara. Sara plans to be an interpreter for Francesca. She told Sara no interpreter for me because Sara is ten years old and younger and doesn't understand sign language. She would rather approach the doctor about what's wrong with my daughter. The doctor ignores Francesca's write note. That rudely and no patient communicated with me. She starts to frustrate this and needs to change their work because we need accessibility, communication, and note.
