A steel cable with total length 57 m and mass 140 kg is connected to two poles. The tension in the cable is 2,610 N, and the wind makes the cable vibrate with a frequency of 2 Hz. Calculate the wavelength of the resulting wave on the cable.
So, it should be 140/57 = 2.456 and then 2610/2.456 and square root that so we end up with 32.59, right? Am I doing something wrong?
