Throughout the semester, you will work in small groups on a 15-20 minute video documenting the life cycle of a customer contact meeting. The video will begin with the prospecting portion of the sales process all the way through after-sales follow-up. Each group will prepare time lines for the process along with a script to be used during the actual sales call. To add realism to the exercise, locate and recruit a professional sales representative to serve as the "customer" in the video. The script produced will not only include the lines to be delivered by the students during the call but also the notes relating these questions to the material presented in Lessons. Your script must be approved by me before your conduct your mock sales call. The deadline of the script is November 24th, 2020 at 11:59 PM. In Blackboard, you will see a "My Groups" link below the green navigation menu on the left side of your screen. Use that link to access tools that will aid in working together. You will use Voice Thread to record your group presentation
