Perspective on the topic of nutrition

In my perspective cooking and eating healthy food does not have to be difficult, time-consuming or expensive. Eating a variety of healthy foods to make sure you get enough different nutrients. Choosing vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods and protein foods that you enjoy. If some foods have become more difficult to eat or purchase, try going to food banks or applying for government help. Encouraging everyone to eat healthy foods and that will improve our lifestyle. Also, this can avoid easily getting sick because it helps improve our immune system. For that, we will enjoy our daily living by having a healthy body. We can enjoy bonding with our family and children also with friends' spare time going out with one another.

An assumption I made going into the discussion (and whether this changed)

My assumption is that people are healthy based on their weight or body size. that is a very false assumption because weight is might be behaviors, which sometimes manifest as a change in weight and sometimes do not. It is better to look at the whole picture: fitness, eating habits, sleep, psychological stress, etc. Then see if there is any problem that is related to weight.

Something they learned from Other students

I have learned that drinking water keeps you hydrated all day long. I also learned about making a grocery list to help recall what foods I need and whether I want affordable nutritious choices on a budget when shopping. I can make meals that are perfect leftover while preparing, or make a bigger portion and freeze the extras. This helps me to share the task of preparing meals and gives me the ability to try other's recipes. The most striking subject is the value of consuming nutritious foods. It can sustain a healthy weight, support and preserve health and well-being, provide important health-maintaining energy and nutrients and avoid, minimize risk or delay the progression of chronic diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
