The company for which your firm designed a local area network (LAN) during week 3 of this course recently purchased a new building to open a new branch in another state. Your consulting firm has been asked to design a network for the new location. You are requested to design a network that will interconnect the two schools; in two separate states. Using the below information, please design the network. The new school occupies a three-story building. The computer lab is located on the ground floor and is about 1,000 feet in length and 500 feet and contains 8 computers and 2 printers. The management team, with three computers and a printer is located on the second floor, which is about 400 feet from the ground floor. There is also a teacher lounge located on the third floor, which is about 400 feet from the 2nd floor, where they use three laptops and a printer. There is a dedicated server room located on the 2nd floor. There will be a database server, web server, file server and print server in the server room. The company wants to keep the computers at each branch on different subnets, and where applicable, keep departments on separate subnets. The single internet connection for the school is located at the new location the company wants redundant wan connections between the two branches. the company is concerned about security and request a firewall be installed for access to the internet the company wants to utilize a routing protocol to route all network communication between the two locations as well as the internet. The company is expecting the number of computers at the new location to double in the next year. The management and instructors want to have remote access to the network when they are out of the offices. draw a diagram showing the computer lab, the management offices, the wiring, the switches, servers, firewalls, routers, wan and internet connections, etc, etc. indicate the subnets (public and private) use in your design. Describe your design in detail. include as much detail as possible based on what you have learned in this course and what you already know about data communication and networking in designing this network. Please take into account how all devices will be accessing the internet based on the IP addressing scheme used in your design. Include details about your internet connection, including bandwidth, ISP, etc?
