Since the world is a free world we expect changes in human behavior . this is all brought about when member of the public show signs of anger ,distressed or may be frustrated .this factors might make it difficult for them to communicate effectively with members of the public. when this situation is left un handle might lead to serious crime committed by the public.
Common causes of violence and aggression include the following ; uses drugs and alcohol facilitate a member of public to be violent ,medical illness ,environmental factor ie noisy surrounding , too much heat ,low impulse control
A person faced with aggressive behavior need to be able to manage the situation effective before they can deal with actual issue of concern to individual.
The following are signs or clue about the potential for a person to engage in aggressive behavior and violence ;hostile facial expression ,personal appearance ieif the individual appears being under the influence of drugs, clenching of fist ,jaws ,not in control of emotion.
