Personal data can be used for more than one purpose either legally or illegally. If the information is distributed out of goodwill, Some of other people may take advantage to use the personal data for illegal activities for example;
Politicians, celebrities and public figure people will have nothing to fear because distribution of their information as honest, law abiding and upright individuals help them to gain popularity which and this works positively and in favor of roles.
