Congratulations. You are a successful event planner that is in high demand in your region, mainly because you utilize effective project management techniques in your planning.
For a party that you are planning , generate a RACI matrix. On one axis, list few stakeholders. These stakeholders should include both members on your 'project team' (ie folks that you hire to do the work, such as a caterer, a band, etc), as well as people not on your team (such as the clients, the neighbors, etc). On the other axis, list tasks that will need to be completed to ensure a successful party. Feel free to list more stakeholders or tasks. Then make a RACI matrix for the stakeholders and tasks.
