I was involved in an interpersonal conflict recently.A co-worker asked me to help them in responding to a customer inquiry, but I refused to lend a hand because you are working on a tight deadline and don't want to waste time. There has been tension between us two ever since, and now you need their help on a project, but they're not being very responsive.

We handled it by talking it over and I apologized for brushing her off.I however feel like I would have handled it better if I had talked to her the first day it happened.It would have resolved a lot of issues and spared us the awkward moments of not talking to each other and we need to work together.My colleague would have also talked to me and cleared out things instead of starting to ignore me.In any case two wrong do not make a right and if she had felt that I had wronged her she should have talked to me.
