Choose a typical everyday activity or situation (e.g., watching TV, getting a glass of water, etc.). Tell me a story about what happens in the nervous system and the brain during that situation/activity. For example, your story might begin "in the sensory receptor", move along a sensory neuron, and then we would find ourselves in a variety of different brain areas.
Ø Your story should focus on brain areas that we talked about in Week 3 (the Brain) and may include information from the sensory/perception chapter (Week 4/5).
Ø You should have an understanding of the role of each relevant brain area (and relevant parts of the nervous system as a whole) and how information is passed from one place to the next.
Ø Your answer should include at least five "places" in the nervous system/brain.
