Hope you stay safe and fine. I am here to enquiring about the theory of equal opportunities and diversity of agenda which related to Human Resources areas , I don't have any idea about what kind of theory can be use to adopted into my essay . I am currently participating in my group project and I am in charge of the part of the human resources. Our topic is to develop a new innovative product and we chose the wireless changer as our topic.

For example . How will this company(assuming that is my new company?pursue equal opportunities and "equality" and an diversity agenda. I am little bit confuse with this question as well . It supposed mean as how could my company can treat employees fairly and give them an appropriate strategy to follow? I am trying to figure out what does diversity agenda means
