In my opinion, the organizations effectively and successfully manage the diversity of its members. This is because the management was able to maximize the aptitudes of each members of the organizations, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities. They were able to let them make huge contributions, in terms of culture, efforts, data, familiarity and relevant information needed, in each organizations they belong to. The diversity management was also able to remove barriers and focus on the strengths of each groups in the organizations even though differences and misunderstanding are the biggest challenges in this kind of organizations. The diversity also effectively improved the way of each organizations view each of their members in terms of value, individuality, rights, and benefits that really means a lot them to boost their morale and to keep them motivated. The system of protecting the interests of both parties in each other contributed a lot to the success of the organizations. Also, they are able to have improvements and growth due to this effective diversity management of the organizations.

2. What personal experiences or other sources of information lead you to these conclusions?

 

Ans.

Since I came from a diverse organization, where people with different age range, races, and field of studies, theses differences made a huge impact in our organization. Miscommunications, misunderstandings, and barriers are the challenges to help us brings out the bests of us. These conflicts lasts for almost a year due to constant changes in our organizations to address these challenges that, in fact, contributes to the existing conflicts. Yet, after formulating and combining ideas to create a successful diversity management plan, our organization was able to overcome each challenges little by little. And now, we are able to help each other's frustrations and focus on executing and improving our strengths to effectively contribute to the growth of the company. I, myself, was very pleased and very proud when we finish our projects on time and efficiently with the help of other members of the organization and the contribution of our diversity to our achievement. The only thing that should be done by each members of the organization and the management is to support each other for the success of the company.
