The principle distinction among conventional and dexterous methodologies is the succession of task stages prerequisites gathering, arranging, plan, improvement, testing and UAT. In conventional improvement systems, the arrangement of the stages wherein the task is created is straight where as in Agile, it is iterative.

Agile follows an iterative process where projects are divided into sprints of the shorter span. Unlike the traditional approach, less time is spent on upfront planning and prioritization as agile is more flexible in terms of changes and developments in the specification. When Agile and Traditional management are compared, Agile is 'hands down' more flexible. Since the entire project is divided into smaller sprints, introducing changes midway gets extremely easy. 

Traditional management provides little to no scope for making changes to the product. It's a rigid process that only follows a top-down approach. Agile methodology is more adaptable and offers a lot of flexibility in terms of making changes to the product.
